A wonderful experience! Friendly staff made us feel welcome from the start, and their service was exceptional. The room was spotless with great amenities, including a superb breakfast buffet. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport. The indoor pool was a fantastic add-on for relaxation. Will definitely return!

Rooms were clean and spacious , amenities like a great pool provided much-needed relaxation after exploring Seoul. Excellent staff help and some stunning views enhanced our stay.

The location felt distant from key attractions and some amenities came with extra charges, making it feel less like a luxury experience.

The hotel's location is a definite plus, conveniently situated near vibrant neighborhoods full of bars and restaurants. Easy access to shopping in Myeongdong. The Superior King Room provided a comfy bed, which made for restful nights. Breakfast looked fantastic, though I opted out due to price. However, drinks at the bar felt overpriced, leading us to explore local cafes instead.

Nice lounge with good happy hour snacks. Room temperature too hot to sleep comfortably, even with fan provided.

I had a pleasant stay, enjoying the hotel's great location for exploring nearby attractions. The staff offered excellent service, adding to the comfortable atmosphere. However, the room felt a bit warm during my visit, which affected my sleep. Overall, I had a nice experience.

Had a fab stay with easy access to shopping areas and a clean, cozy room. The shuttle service made exploring super convenient.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, where a nice selection of Korean and International dishes was served during breakfast, making it a great spot to unwind after exploring the city and just a short walk from the Dongguk University...  

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! The location was awesome for hitting up Myeongdong Street and Insa-dong. both are must-sees. We loved the complimentary shuttle to nearby spots. The rooms were clean and the area was really convenient....

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. My room was really spacious and cleaned perfectly every day. The hotel is just a short walk from the subway, which made getting around the city a breeze. The poolside snack bar was a nice touch, but the room next to me had some noise issues.

I loved the high-tech room features like automatic curtains and a huge TV! The breakfast had amazing organic juices and baked goods. 👌 On the downside, drinks at the bar were pricey.

pullman has great facilities, like a lovely indoor pool and amazing breakfast variety. the staff was super friendly and helpful during our early checkout, which made a difference. we also enjoyed the spa, especially the hot...  

But the pillows were too soft I couldn't sleep well. The sauna had three different temperature rooms which was great. The staff were quick to help with any requests and the room was spacious with a nice view.

The hotel offered a friendly atmosphere and a nicely decorated lobby. The room was clean with great facilities, but the air conditioning was too warm, making it uncomfortable at times. The friendly service made a difference, yet access fees for amenities should be clear upfront.
